We've developed a journal to help you become more aware of your negative thoughts. By tracking your thoughts, and challenging them in the light of day, you can begin to break free from the detrimental thinking that holds you back. The Overthinking Journal is designed to help you identify triggers for your thoughts, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and use mindfulness techniques to distract from uncomfortable and debilitating ruminations. It includes daily prompts to help with thought recording, and activities to aid recovery by helping you uncover.

We have £1 standard delivery to domestic addresses (UK only). We also ship worldwide, however, we are a fairly new business so this may take a little bit of time!

Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days within the UK. International Orders will take around 5-14 working days depending on where you are based. UK Priority Delivery takes around 2-3 working days for delivery. Due to Brexit, international orders may also be subject to a customs fee when arriving in your country.

Some products are able to be personalised. Customise your product with up to 3 initials (+£3.00). Please allow up to two additional days for dispatch. Personalised products are non-refundable. I think the journal is brilliant it’s given me an insight to my thoughts and I have just bought the happiness journal as well . Next on my list is the life planner .

A great toolkit for an overthinker

As someone who is a chronic overthinker and has a habit of ruminating situations, I think it's a very helpful journal. The CBT worksheets helps me to put things into perspective and reflect on the reality of the situation, not the thoughts. It's great for me to write down then show my counselor.

Actively challenging the overthinking!

As an over-thinker, I have always found that writing helps me slow down a bit. When I saw this journal on TikTok I knew I had to buy it, knowing it would help to have a place where I could put down all my thoughts, but what I didn't know was that a single box inside the pages would change my patterns so much: "How could I challenge this overthinking" gives me each time an opportunity to step away from the situation and see it form a more objective point of view, which makes it easier to handle the thought.
Although most pages are the same, there are several different "exercises" throughout the journal that can help in several situations. I have not yet used most of them but I am sure I will!
I think this journal is great because it makes you actively think about how you can change the situation/thought instead of just focusing on what the thought is!

I'm so sorry to hear about your whole experience. This is something that deeply upsets me and I have been just as frustrated as you. The Cyber Incident from Royal Mail was very annoying but completely beyond our control.

I have actually responded back to all of your emails, I don't know why you're not receiving them? Please check spam/junk and if they're still not there, let me know! I definitely want to resolve this for you.

And again, I'm so sorry about all of this! Although custom fees are unavoidable for our small business, I have no idea why they are currently this much!
