The Overthinking Journal is designed to help you identify triggers for your thoughts, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and use mindfulness techniques to distract from uncomfortable and debilitating ruminations. It includes daily prompts to help with thought recording, and activities to aid recovery by helping you uncover.

The perfect journal

Honestly, I suffer with overthinking so much, so to find a journal specifically designed to help with this is incredible. The information and exercises at the start and throughout have already helped prompt my thoughts and at the end of the day I fill out the pages with how I've been feeling. It's just helping so much. I’m in love with this. For me personally it allows me to write down everything I’m thinking about and if I’m in need of speaking to someone about it but struggle to do so, this book allows me to just show it to them without me having the stress and anxiety of talking to them about the problem but instead I can talk about the solution etc. Highly Recommend
