These journals are really helping me understand me more and helping with my issues and I have tried different ones but this is the 1st one I will keep buying from. It's about now not the past n still learning. Amazing.

Love this journal so much

It is a beautiful notebook with lots of different thought provoking activities.Only tiny criticism is because it is wire bound it is hard to write on the left page and a ribbon to mark your page would be nice. I love how it is organised. I have not missed a day and I am someone who struggles to keep things up. I love it and would definitely recommend (it was recommended to met)
