If you are new to the world of journaling, this free PDF is here to help. With simple tips, advice, and some easy prompts for you to try, your first experience with journaling will be easy and enjoyable. In this PDF, there are 10 journaling prompts to get you started.

We have £1 standard delivery to domestic addresses (UK only). We also ship worldwide, however, we are a fairly new business so this may take a little bit of time!

Standard Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days within the UK. International Orders will take around 5-14 working days depending on where you are based. UK Priority Delivery takes around 2-3 working days for delivery. Due to Brexit, international orders may also be subject to a customs fee when arriving in your country.

Some products are able to be personalised. Customise your product with up to 3 initials (+£3.00). Please allow up to two additional days for dispatch. Personalised products are non-refundable.
