Love the digital anxiety journal. Sometimes I love writing on paper sometimes I like it on my ipad. I love how you have choice of both.
I bought an uplifting journal and I really enjoy the process of journalling. The journal gave me some direction and deep reflection of what to write. I feel 'uplifted' after each entry.
Can’t recommend it enough. Its helped with my mental health so much. The journals are so good and provided with everything you need to help with your day to day life. Motivate you and organise and plan everything and help build your confidence. Each journal has its own purpose and helps you in its own way.

As I have suffered with anxiety and depression for years, I thought this year I might give journalling a go on the advice of friends. I think the printable are a brilliant idea for anyone, like myself, who is new to this. I will definitely be ordering a journal as soon as I figure out which one is best for me. It won’t be long though!
