An amazing anxiety journal

I’ve only just started it but I love it already and the ways to help in the situation , I’ve got to add as well I love the colouring pages , the one thing I would say is maybe a few hints on how to overcome certain anxieties but I know that’s like high level therapy stuff lol , but other than that a truly and well thought out journal , I really love it !
