Such a fabulous idea and I'm so glad I purchased one. I have been using the journal fir two weeks now and it is helping already. Really lovely quality and so many different things in there, there's the daily diary, but you've got a mood tracker, exercise tracker, habit tracker, daily gratefulness and so much more. It has helped me remove what's going on in my head and put it on paper and make sense of it all. 100% recommend, you won't be disappointed. 😊

This journal is amazing! It really helps you think about your anxiety and ways to relax when you feel anxious. I'm enjoying sitting down every night and writing down about my day.
