Super useful and creative!!

Journal really helps you keep track of everything. It helps you put thoughts to paper in a logical way!! It also has lots of nice extras such as colouring pages!!

I recently went through the NHS for anxiety therapy and the thing I struggled with was practicing 'worry time'. This anxiety journal has helped my structure me worry time and has helped me identify themes in my worries. I love that it focuses on gratitude and encourages me to focus on the positives
